Enjoying Retirement and Feeling Better Than Ever
“My name is Angie Traina. I’m 77 years old, and I live in Jonesboro, Louisiana. I retired 17 years ago and have not looked back.
“After I retired, I started gaining weight. I also have anxiety that rears its ugly head at the worst times. I finally decided to lose the weight but failed miserably on several diets. I learned that Kay was coaching people during their weight loss journeys, and I jumped at the chance to have a coach.
“Well, during my journey, I’ve lost over 45 pounds. But I gained a lot more, thanks to Kay. She walked my path with me. She helped me address my issues of anxiety, self-loathing, and feeling intimidated by people. With regular calls, she slowly built up my self-image and helped me take down the walls I had built. She became my life line.
“I am still on my journey to my “ideal” weight and I’m no longer afraid to move forward.”
